In this mornings Oak Ridger http://www.oakridger.com there is and article Lawyer's DUI charges dismissed. Wow, did that take long to get accomplished! How many judges were on this case? I read at one time that Judge Blackwood was hearing it, but this was another judge. Keep fishing until you catch the big one. It did not say he was innocent, what it said is that he was not given due process. In his usual way, he got himself off on a technicality. What's the difference, his rep is ruined except for people with DUI's who are looking to beat the system. If I were him, I would have gone away quietly but that's not his MO. Maybe if you ride past CHUMPS you will see his car there. That's what friends are for.
