Senator Stevens from Alaska has been indicted on 7 counts.
but the others (except for mccain) have wasted
The McCain claim is a political posture (lie). Here is an example.
Luckily for him, it didn't pass. That takes some of the sting off.
Obama, while he has played the earmarks game, seems to prefer a different path, having voted for the moratorium on earmarks and calling for transparency and fiscal responsibility.
Funny! No earmark was included in any legislation for the University of Chicago Hospital where Michelle Obama was a vice president.
Read to me out loud the 3rd paragraph of the NY Times article you cited.
So he requested a quid pro quo earmark to a hospital that tripled his wife's salary that eventually wasn't funded.
And of course, as usual, there is not a shred of truth in your innuendo. Since it wasn't funded it could hardly have affected her salary, now could it?
I don't suppose you will ever be Vice President of an organization that has over 5000 employees. Maybe that explains your malcontent.
But, I wasn't given a free ride to go to college and allowed affirmative action opportunities because of my race and then express hatred for the very country that made me wealthy like her either.
Wow, you just can't stop, can you. Lying must be more addicting than smoking!
Michelle Obama went to school on the free ride called student loans. Even you can take advantage of her free ride.
And you express your hatred every day.
Didn't McCain write a book? So affirmative action that you worry about is for old white men too?
Duh - two separate things - try to keep up. Affirmative action is what gets minorities into ivy-league schools that they otherwise wouldn't have had a prayer to get into. Giving politicians book deals is one way people funnel money to them. I don't think mccain made a killing off any book deals.
Well her brother got into Princeton because he could play ball and did well and is a college head coach now. She got in because of her brother's success and her comparatively good grades. Since they both did well, it seems that the Ivy League schools know something that you do not.
As for McCain, it is clear that he is not an inspiring speaker and according to you not an interesting writer either. Oh well.
