Guess Mr. Bolling was correct. At
http://www.knoxnews.com it is said that the undesignated fund for the county is 2mil after the close of the fiscal year. Guess we will not go bankrupt because we took money out of the undesignated fund and it is not $600,000 as previously stated.
At
http://www.oakridger.com the headlines are about Commissioner Bolling being proactive again. Way to go David!! Shows initiative to move forward and make positive changes.
David, your insight is refreshing.
Thank you.
I had a chance to talk to State Rep. Hackworth on election day. I briefly mentioned David Bolling. Rep. Hackworth had only good things to say about Mr. Bolling.
I do hope Mr. Bolling considers a run for Anderson County Mayor. While I live in the Roane County portion of Oak Ridge, the Anderson County government still has a bearing on the well being of all of Oak Ridge.
Mr. Bolling, I would not be able to vote for you being in Roane County but I can assure you that I would support you should you decide to run - in fact I will and do support you in either case.
Mike
David will be a strong candidate and if successful will surround himself with people who do not have questionable reputations. He will bring to the table stability and morals unlike what we experience in County Government now. When the lord mayor came in morals and values went out the window. He talks a good story but actions speak louder than words. Look at who he has surrounded himself with. Like my mother always said, "YOU ARE WHO YOU HANG WITH". As long as he continues his relationship with CHUMP his morals and values will be questionable. Of course, there are many other reasons why they are questioned.
