Saw a billboard out in West Knoxville for Soho Cafe Asian Bistro that listed its locations as (1) Western Plaza, (2) Turkey Creek, and (3) Oak Ridge [coming soon].
Anyone know where they're supposed to be locating in Oak Ridge?
