Amazing how they passed a budget without a tax increase. The lord mayor keeps talking about this rainy day fund like it is his savings account. That is our taxes and is supposed to be used to run government. If he would have used it when needed maybe the employees would have had enough toilet paper.
Heh. Don't worry, they'll probably get their toilet paper, a pay raise and four work days a week. Maybe he'll even build a new deck with the change.
From what I have been told most keep it in their desks and don't share.
I bet if you make a "potty stop" at Chump's on your way to work, you can grab a couple of extra squares. He's probably got some spare there!
