Sitting on the couch and not in the mood to watch Meet the Press I started channel surfing and found a special "Shut Up and Sing". Very interesting program to watch. It is a documentary on the struggles of the Dixie Chicks after Natalie made the statement about our unpopular president. Time has past and the views of society has changed about the president. To have a senator state that if you attend a concert by them you are a traitor is actually ludicrist. Sometimes I question the mentality of people and their inability to think for themselves. I would be embarassed if this president came from my home state.

That nut caused me to run out and buy my first Dixie Chicks album. And it wasn't my last. I like young women with minds and consciences and talent.
