Very true but you forgot the 3rd and the 9th. The 9th is the basis of the generalization of the court's foundation of the right to privacy (IMHO).
"That mantra does not stand up to reality. All abortions improve the safety of the woman."

There are lots of studies which dispute this claim:
Ah the mantra of the oppressors!
Riddle me this:
Why do your sources factor in suicide in the year following the termination of the pregnancy and wrongly associate the suicide only with the method of termination rather than considering factors that might have been instrumental in making the original decision?
Why do your sources only consider mortality and not other health compromising results?
Why do your sources include results from countries where abortion is legally or societally opposed thus not factoring in safe medical procedures and certainly not chemical procedures and the associated earlier terminations?
They included suicides from those with abortions and those who delivered and the rate was higher. Not sure what your problem is? The gist of it was that those who had abortions had a higher death rate, higher drug abuse, higher mental health issues, etc.
And their assumption is that these issues were caused by the abortion rather that underlying issues that may have led to the choice of an abortion in the first place.
I didn't peer review any of them - just noted that kinda like global warming, there isn't a firm consensus for your assertion that child birth is more dangerous than abortion. You are welcome to keep your pre-conceived (no pun intended) talking points if you wish.
Projection again. If you only look at a fraction of the issue, you can clearly come to the conclusion that every small child needs their own giant plastic fetus.
"Does the United States Constitution protect the rights of Citizens to privacy in matters on personal health, financial, and everyday life decisions. The answer was yes. The Constitution prohibits the government from becoming involved in personal matters without probable cause and due process. "
Please explain the "probable cause and due process" being shown for all of the onerous government regulations/laws which absolutely deny privacy to citizens in the areas you mention.
I write it off to an even more paranoid administration than the Nixon one. You know, the administration of George II, he who would be king.

The probable cause in currency is it belongs to the United States as legal tender. They may regulate how it is used, the value there of, and the amounts that may spent for law enforcement purposes, specifically illegal drugs. That is as far as I wish to go there because it takes us completely off topic.
I think it is great that they had both Pro-Choice and Pro-life booths at the town fair. The people manning both booths were absolutely insane, including one city council person. I was very dissapointed that they did not have the "Womb of Life" booth that they had a few years ago. That was by far one of the scariest things I have ever witnessed( Aside from the City of Kingston Christmas parade, that had Jesus coming out of a chimney, looking like Charlie Manson, with his hair on fire). This is America. Let your Freak Flag Fly!

I have no problem with seizing proceeds of criminal activity, etc. You catch the guy with 20 baggies of crack in one pocket and $2000 in the other, I am good with that. I have a major problem with officials stealing money from innocent citizens who have committed no crime, such as a black businessman who was taking $9000 to buy plants from an out-of-town nursery. Forfeiture laws have resulted in the corruption of many an officer/department since many get addicted to being able to steal without ever even filing charges and most people can't afford to go through the nightmare of trying to get your money back.
Good discussion of the problem:

Wasn't that basically fixed in the Civil Asset Forfeiture Reform Act of 2000?
I have sat and read this entire thread. We, as usual, have gotten into the pro-life vs pro-choice subject when actually the thread was about the rudeness of a group of people in a booth at the fair and how they handled themselves very inappropriately. I have thought about what the city can do to remedy the situation and have come up with a possible solution. You do not want to stop freedom of speech and a groups ability to tell their views so here we go. If you rent a booth you must stay in the booth and are not allowed to attack the people visiting the fair. If someone is interested in your topic or wares, they will come over to your booth. This way, the people who will come to you are people with the same interest in the subject. It avoids people being offended by a specific group. I probably would not have been as nice as Witchypoo's friend and would have gotten extremely confrontational with the pro-life group if they would have approached me since I have the complete opposite view. I would have felt as if they were invading my rights.
Walking past a booth and being accosted by a rabid supporter does not appear to be being respectful to others rights. I have been there when they were extremely aggressive and confrontational when I told them I wasn't interested. I was asked did I not want to stop the murder of babies. I found that insulting and pushy. The way theytwist their words and what pro-choice really is is an insult to my intelligance. Have your cause, have your religion but don't push it on me. I don't push my beliefs and causes on anyone else unless they are interested.
What is the "undemocracy booth" ? And any organization that would produce and/or purchase plastic fetus's has no good judgement imho.
Democracy for Tennessee. The group that Tom Burns heads up in this area. As far as good judgment, I wouldn't go that far. They have no judgment at all. That is sick. They need to take there shock factor somewhere else.
