The Oak Ridger reports: - DOE transfers K-25 utilities to Oak Ridge May 27, 2008

- Cinder estimates it will cost about $1.9 million a year to operate and improve the west-end infrastructure

&

- Under a five-year agreement with the city, the Department of Energy will pay about $1.7 million a year

Where will the rest ($0.2 Million - $200,000) come from? More Taxes?
Electric bills, water bills and sewer fees?
Those are going up anyway, if they already have'nt. This will just probably double the increase's.
