Seems there are 2 homes in Oak Ridge posted here. I wonder how this will affect buyers and sellers and if it is against the fair housing regulations that local realtors are bound by. What do you all think?
What is a rotten neighbor to one could be best friends to another. I find this stupid.
It would be an interesting resource if one was in the market to buy in an unfamiliar area. I don't want to live near one, but what determines rotten?

"It's not easy being green."
This site was developed by John Walsh from Americas Most Wanted. This is another tool we can use to help us keep our kids safe. Be sure to tell your friends/family to check this out. It's public information:

http://www.familywatchdog.us

When you visit this site you can enter your address and a map will pop up with your house as a small icon of a house. There will be red, blue and green dots s surrounding your entire neighborhood. When you click on these dots a picture of a criminal will appear with his/her home address and the description of the crime he/she has committed.
The best thing is that you can show your children these pictures and see how close these people live to your home or school.

These offenders listed are on the TBI Sexual Registry. Surprisingly, this appears to be fairly accurate.
