I have noticed that the time stamps are off by an hour in case anybody cares to fix it.
Have been since the time change.
Head on over to your User CP panel, and in there there should be the option to enable or disable DST. Can't remember which one it is. I changed them for the board a while back, but personal settings trump the universal settings.

If you go into your CP, on the left hand side there is a column with "Your Profile". Within that column is the "edit option" which has a check box to "enable daylight savings time".
