If they've found a way to make money off of it, just maybe so.
I would think that it would be overall good for the economy to allow sales in grocery stores. I think it would require the liquor stores to sell cheaper, have more creative variety and be more appealing to consumers. While the alleged "devout" probably appreciate slinking into a dimly lit corner liquor store late at night, most commonplace wine shoppers would rather buy at a well lit grocery store where they can pick up their "Boone's Farm" next to their favorite Doritos!
