There has been quite a bit of converstaion regarding the lack of respect paid by the Judge in Clinton in General Sessions. After careful thought I have figured out a way to insure you do not have to appear in front of him and endure that. All you have to do is hire David Stuart as your attorney and your case is kicked to Judge Murch for the time being. Unfortunately, the officers who endure most of the humiliation are unable to do that.

At http://www.knoxnews.com there is an article about a General Sessions Judge and the Probation Department. Do any bells go off in anyone else's head? Some people prosecute and others sweep it under the carpet. Wonder if these Judges knew each other. You have Austin who took some knowledge from our locals and went down and now this Judge. Could he also have asked for advice about how to run a probation department from our locals?
