I suggest theads not be shut down on ACT just because certain people don't like what is being said.

When a thread deteriorates to the point that personal insults begin to be tossed back and forth, you can count on a thread being locked. Sorry.

Who locked a thread where?

Daco decided to take his ball and go home. Whined to the moderator, when it was he who made the first attack of the thread. Now the thread is shut down, closed out, Finished.

Maybe not....... it looks like he went in and changed his posts after the thread was locked down. How mysterious!

That is ok, E.A. daco can't read. He called me a liar thinking I was talking about him saying something when I thought it might have been an interloper who had used the same language in another forum a long time ago. Heh! I certainly wasn't offended by his foolishness. I only noted the thread locked when I was about to post.

Well, shoot! It closed down before I had a chance to provide the explanation that would have brought you all together for a group hug.

Guys I'm not going to get into a pissing contest with you about the "Economy" thread. I read just fine and you said what you said. I did delete my last post because it too was inflammatory and I shouldn't have posted it to begin with.

Yep, what I said was it appeared MC had hijacked your computer.

How do you change a post after the thread is locked? I have a few that I would like to edit.
