Well, if they were smart enough to take the online paper away, I'm sure they'll be smart enough to cut ties with negativity.

Inside Anderson County seems to be setting a new direction. It looks like the old stuff is gone and they use the term "unbiased". That seems like a good beginning to me.

Hmmmm, Seems that Dana beauchamp was arrested this weekend for DUI and sent to the Anderson Co. Jail. BUT......Judge Layton ordered that she be released immediately to her father and no jail time. We should each be so lucky to know Layton! She could have killed someone but luckily ORPD spotted her and took her in.
Sorry state of affairs. If anyone knows any of the MADD members personally, PLEASE tell them about this because you can bet it'll never make it to court!!!

That is our only jail. They must have called him for her to bond out. Had not heard this one yet. Layton doesn't even work days let alone nights. They probably called him (and he answered which he usually doesn't do, just ask any officer) to set bond and he let her out in her dad's custody without monetary bond but will have to check on that one. If this is true Ritter to the rescue.

Are you talking about mother or daughter? You said dad picked her up and that kind of threw me. DUI is only serious if it is someone who has no pull.

If this is true then"Bless her little heart". Wonder if she had left a local establishment. If so, why was she able to drive? Why didn't someone take her keys? I think that is required today.
