Nope, she was booked into the jail. That is public record. She also posted a signature bond. Charges have been filed, just aren't sure if the police report is done yet but she was sent to jail and booked. There is no violation of Privacy Act when all court records are public.

All that went through my mind is maybe she met some of her husbands previous friends while there If you don't remember his friends, I can provide the link to them. When I got the call about the signature bond I knew who approved that one. You got it, the dishonorable. I guess speedy justice only applies to people who know someone. With a possible election creeping in the corner he must be trying to mend fences to find himself a campaign manager. I would think since there is a child involved so is DCS if it was done properly. It SHOULD have been reported immediately as an at risk child in an alleged abusive situation and investigated thoroughly. Who needs soap operas when the CHUMPS are in Anderson County. Some things never change, they just go full circle.

Shame. I've known Mrs Beauchamp for a long time, not as Mrs Beauchamp, but as herself. We all got problems, but smearing her with whatever beef you might have with her husband doesn't seem like something she deserves.
