who cares about the Beauchamp's. Give those people a break. If she is guilty it will all come out, but lets not jump to conclusion due the fact that this is Champ's wife, and most of you would love to see him come crashing down. But if she is guilty I agree that something should be done, I don't think that the new child abuse laws will allow her to get away with this, with or with out Champ's help. I get so tired of hearing about Champ and the political buddies. Just look around and you will find alot worse going on in this county that is being covered up.
This county makes Knox County look lily white but everyone wants to sit back and do nothing. As far as CHUMP is concerned, you say if she is guilty she will pay. Come on now, do you really believe that. You just said that there are so many things being covered up in this county. CHUMP and his entourage will be a topic of conversation until they are gone one way or another, either they leave or they finds their way into the Anderson County Jail. If you are aware of mishandling of things call your DA or TBI and let them know.

What do you care? You have issues with ORPD already. You made that clear a long time ago on this site.

My last say in all this is that Officer Ogburn made the arrest. If there's no police report on file, it means one of two things:

1. The officer hasn't completed it yet and it's not been filed.

or

2. There will never be a report and a cover up is on. Guess which one I'm guessing? Don't think Layton's court will ever hear this case. Look for a dismissal long before the court date is due. I'm outta here!

Maybe we should look and see who was in judge murch's courtroom at 9:00am today. No one is doing their homework for being so concerned about this issue!!

IF there has not been a report filed is this not a violation of the privacy act? If something is not released to the public then someone within the system is doing the releasing. Better be careful when disclosing information.
Nope, she was booked into the jail. That is public record. She also posted a signature bond. Charges have been filed, just aren't sure if the police report is done yet but she was sent to jail and booked. There is no violation of Privacy Act when all court records are public.

Riverbend:

People work for a living and do not have time to hang in courtrooms. As far as your other statements they are way to idiotic to even respond to.
