Clinton attorney Phil Harber recently put out another edition of his scandal sheet attacking several people for no discernable reason. Maybe he's trying to throw out chaff to distract people from his own dirty laundry being aired in court.

Sounds like the guy has real problems. How long can he keep his law license?
This took me awhile to get through. It was worth the time. At the beginning I found humor in it but as I continued reading I realized how scary it was. Now I understand why security at the courthouse is so necessary. I always thought it was the criminals and people coming in for their cases that they needed security but now I realize that it the people representing these people that the judges need security for. This was a real eye opener for me.
What a looney cast of characters.
I have no idea what the truth is in this case and couldn't care less, but why this a topic of discussion on this forum? What a bunch of trash talk...and from an attorney.
I read the whole thing and after reading it it took me a while to absorb it. The e-mails seem to bother me more than anything. At first I thought Anger Management might be in order but the more I thought about it the more this Harber dude sounds like someone who could go postal. Maybe a mental evaluation might be in order or even some strong meds.

Unbelievable.

Why talk about it? I guess because this place is sort of open to talk about whatever's on anyone's mind. I didn't get through all the e-mails, but the allegations of sexual harassment are extremely disturbing, and I can see why these folks feel threatened.

The defendant mentioned denies being convicted of violent sexual offense in the complaint. However, he is a registered sex offender. No matter the offense date, or state of conviction, if convicted of a sexual offense as defined either sexual offender or violent sexual offender he must register when he enters the State of Tennessee. The truth to this b.s. lies in the middle.
If I am reading this correct this Harber fellow gets involved with people with criminal backrounds by either representing them or hiring them and then takes advantage of them. You are supposed to be able to trust your attorney. It appears that he knows these people are vulnerable and preys on them. I would have to ask, who is the criminal here?

One part looks like "The Shining", the other National Enquirer

I think they both sound like fruitcakes! It's not even the holidays yet! They appear to be baiting each other for threats, I'd put them in a ring and invite the community in to watch a good old fashion butt kicking instead of tying up the courts with such crap. I understand they have a right to their day in court, but let's just take a few moments to visualize a public round of fight club.
Honestly! There actually appears to be no honor among theives.
