The Supreme Court has issued a ruling in the Stuart, Layton case. They have denied Layton. All steam ahead. Now back to the trial court and then hopefully on to a new election.
It hasn't hit the State Supreme Court web page yet.

HOT DAMN!!

ORDERS RECEIVED IN THE MAIL BY ALL ATTORNEYS INVOLVED.
Do you think Mr. Knolton has shared the news with the less than honorable yet? Wouldn't you like to be a fly wherever he is right now!!! Maybe they are all in mourning at CHUMPS. There is a place to drown your sorrows. This might give him some business tonight since there are a lot of sorrows to drown right now. Let's move forward and prepare for a new election.

Woot! Woot Woot Woot!
I found the notice on page 9 of 10. The denials are listed separately than the opinions.
So, this next comes back to Blackwood? Any idea when? What are Judge Blackwood's options?
From what I understand the last time the Judge ruled without proof. Now it will be a full trial with proof and witnesses. I would assume that Mr. Stuart will ask the Judge to hear it in a timely manner. I would think he would ask for it to be heard as soon as possible so the process for a new election can start if he is successful.
